Amaechina Ikechukwu (Ikay)
Software Engineer & Instructor

Amaechina Ikechukwu (Ikay)

I'm a software engineer and technical instructor based in Nigeria. I build web and mobile products end to end—from the backend logic to the interface people actually touch—and I teach the same skills to the next generation of developers.

I started out self-taught, learning by building real things and breaking them until they worked. I later formalized that foundation with a backend engineering certification from Vephla.

Robinson March Software Systems

"Whether I'm building a product from scratch, maintaining a client's existing platform, or explaining the event loop to a room of students, the goal is the same: build things that work, and make sure they still work six months from now."
